Is my client data safe?
Your files, knowledge base, and memory stay on your own computer as plain text files. When you interact with the AI, your conversation is processed by Anthropic's servers. Anthropic does not train on your data on paid plans, but verify this in your account settings. We recommend checking your client's compliance requirements before loading sensitive data. You control exactly which files and tools the system can access.
What tools does this connect to?
Almost anything you already use. If a tool has an API (the standard way apps connect, which nearly all of them have), it can plug in. The common ones work out of the box: Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Notion, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Fireflies, Granola, and CRM systems (Zoho Bigin included, others via configuration). Whatever you run, the setup guide walks you through connecting it.
I already use Claude Code. Can I add this?
Yes. The Consultant OS is a folder structure that layers into your existing project. Adopt the full system or cherry-pick specific workflows and assistants. Everything is modular. Your existing setup stays intact.
What does onboarding look like?
Every tier includes the built-in /setup wizard: it walks you through your configuration step by step and verifies every connection. Core features work immediately after install.
